Founded in 2018 by Shernaria Morris, Signature Locs was built from a passion for culture, confidence, and community. What began as a small salon dedicated to the art of loc care has evolved into a recognized brand known for excellence, innovation, and authenticity in the natural hair industry.
Signature Locs Salon stands as the first only full-service dreadlock-focused salon in PEI Canada while also servicing Nova Scotia, offering over 20 specialized services designed to protect, maintain, and celebrate natural hair. With a commitment to inclusivity and representation, our salon has proudly served more than 1,500 clients and continues to foster a safe, welcoming environment for all textures and journeys.
Rooted in the same dedication to quality, Signature Locs Products was created to extend the care beyond the salon chair. Each product is handcrafted with intention using premium natural ingredients sourced from trusted Canadian vendors. Our signature hair oils have sold out every launch, earning a reputation for their effectiveness, purity, and luxurious experience.

When I started Signature Locs, I wanted to create more than a salon, I wanted to create a space that represents culture, self-expression, and pride. Every client who sits in our chair or uses our products becomes part of a movement that celebrates natural beauty in its purest form.
